Enjoy a plate of comfort food surrounded by smiling faces at Brother Cafe in Canton, Texas. Located off Highway 243, open seven days a week from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Brothers Cafe has something for everyone in the entire family!

Southern Favorites

Choose from five different country plates, ranging from hamburger steak served with grilled onions, brown gravy, and toast. Or Chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, or pork chop all served with country gravy and toast. All four of these plates come with an option of two sides, with your choice of mashed potatoes, okra, green beans, corn, coleslaw, house salad, or potato salad. You can also choose from a grilled salmon plate, that comes with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and toast.

Burgers and Sandwiches

Brothers Cafe has many burger options for you to pursue and dive into including the cowboy burger, a ½ lb patty with pepper jack, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, jalapeños, and bacon. Or the double trouble, two ½ lb patties with veggies and cheese, or the mushroom swiss burger, a ½ lb patty topped with swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and mayo. Brothers Cafe also has a ½ lb hamburger, cheeseburger, and bacon cheeseburger, along with a ¼ lb burger and cheeseburger.

The sandwich list is much longer, but holds gems such as the patty melt, pepper jack chicken melt, buffalo ranch monetary melt, the chicken fried steak sandwich, and more! All burgers and sandwiches are served with a choice of fries or chips.

Crispy Baskets

For those less interested in diving into the world of burgers and sandwiches, Brothers Cafe has four baskets for you. Try the fried fish basket with four pieces of fish, hushpuppies, and tartar sauce. You might also like the shrimp basket, seven pieces of shrimp served with hushpuppies and cocktail sauce. Or mix the two together for the fish and shrimp basket, which comes with two pieces of fish, four pieces of shrimp, hushpuppies, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce. For land lovers, there is also a chicken strip basket, with three pieces of chicken, country gravy, and toast. All baskets come with an option of fries or chips.

Wings and Nachos

Explore a different side of Brothers Cafe by trying their wings or nachos. Wings come in a choice of BBQ, buffalo, or cajun with either six or 10 pieces. All wings are served with celery sticks and carrots with either blue cheese or ranch. The supreme nachos are seasoned meat, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
