Had my car over 10 weeks for an a/c problem they never totally repaired. I took it to another Ford dealer for repair. I wilm never use Canton Ford again. I called Canton Fords GM after my car was there over 10 weeks to complain he said he would call me back before the close of business on a Tuesday. He never called me.

Alex is good but yall don't go the extra mile for the customer. My cabin air filter needed to be changed and I guess no one even checked it. Yall don't clean the windshield or vacuum. This should be as a courtesy to the customer.
We recently took my 2024 Expedition into the shop for a recall and the experience overall was 10/10! From the moment we checked in until we left. There was fresh coffee available, a play area for my toddler to enjoy a few toys, and the wait was not long at all. Highly satisfied with our Canton Ford experience!

Would be better if I would have gotten points for the purchase of my new vehicle. And aren't you supposed to get points for maintenance. My points balance is still 0. My daughter bought a new truck less than a month before me and has not paid for an oil change just using her points. Good service, on time and less than an hour oil change and tire rotation. They use my points and look up what I have to use. Really makes my service reasonable.
I took my vehicle in for a factory recall issue. They couldn't perform the work. My car had been in an accident several months prior to this recall notice. The repair shop repaired the vehicle from the accident, but replaced a certain nut with a standard nut instead of a "Ford" nut.
