Canton Ford found me the truck I wanted quickly and made it a very easy process. Craig took care of everything and Steve called to let me know everything would be in order when I arrived. I got the usual extended warranty spill and it was a little pushy but hey they all are. Other than that, it was a flawless experience.

They guy who helped me was wonderful I was just very disappointed that because of a mistake made by my sales guy at tri-county ford I did not receive my oil change for free as was told to me when I purchased the car! You would think that that credit could still be extended to a customer at any ford dealership! Needless to say I was not prepared for that $83 mistake!

Went there to get a frontend alignment. After everything was checked on my truck, I was told that it wasn't that bad, so they were kind enough not to charge me anything. I will use them again when needed.

The bid for breaks was double for what I got them done. Tried to say rotors were bad they were not looked at by two other place. So sad if I wouldn’t have checked would have paid 1300 more than I needed.will not be going back to canton ford unless warranty work. Will probably change to will point

The only reason I gave them a 2 was they were friendly. They should have been a 1. They said they checked the battery and it was full so it was fine. They blamed me for leaving something on, a door ajar, etc for the problem. I got stranded again the next day. Took it to Henderson where I bought it. It was a problem with the battery. They replaced battery and it's working fine.
